Product Overview

Description

The Primepakn2 Gas and Liquid Dispenser is a high performance, safe and environmentally friendly gas and liquid propellant unit. It is specifically designed to replace the use of existing propellants in pressurized products such as aerosols and fire extinguishers.

OperationDispenser

The Primpakn2 Gas and Liquid Dispenser is a self contained pressure regulated reservoir filled with compressed nitrogen. It maintains a constant discharge.  pressure and has specifically been developed as a non-flammable alternative to hydrocarbon propellants. It can be used in aerosols, fire extinguishers and many other applications.

When used in an aerosol, pressure reduction in the dispenser allows the memory chamber to expand and the diaphragm to flex. This opens a valve to the Primpakn2 reservoir that re-pressurises the device.

The regulating process will continue until the aerosol contents have been discharged. The Primepakn2 memory chamber is primed to a pressure just below that of the aerosol. The Primepakn2 device is a purely mechanical/pneumatic system.

The Primepakn2 dispenser can be supplied as a completed unit, pressurised to the required specifications of its intended use. It can perform with volumes ranging from 10 millilitres to over 100 litres and a working pressure of 600 psi or lower. During tests, the unit burst pressure was greater than 2,900 psi, with a safe working pressure of 600 PSI.
